Trinity Update

Whew! So, I’ve been going to class and getting into the swing of being a student again. My experiences keep confirming that this is the path for me. The material covered in class and the discussions with other divinity students afterwards feel natural and exciting for me. Who would have thought that of me? Just finished my first paper for a history course and I’m starting my second, which is for my New Testament class. Hope I’m doing them right!

One thing I will be able to do more of is reflect on some of my spiritual formation. I even have a class in it. But before I go too far I have to comment on the school itself. Trinity College has lots of traditions and such, so I attend chapel and some classes in academic robes, think Harry Potter. In fact the college building is quite old and resembles Hogwarts in a way, especially the dining hall, minus the floating candles of course!

I’m doing lot’s of thinking and reflecting, just not getting much time to put it all down!
